解决使用Layer.js报错而无法使用的问题

一、网页出现错误：

Denying load of chrome-extension://dbjbempljhcmhlfpfacalomonjpalpko/scripts/lay/modules/table.js. Resources must be listed in the web_accessible_resources manifest key in order to be loaded by pages outside the extension.

二、解决办法：

layer很好用的弹框插件，但是很多新手或者老手也经常遇到一个情况有的项目能用有的项目不能用，请自行检查两点

1，需要配合jquery使用，不是加载了layer.js就能用的（新手）。

2，重点，js的顺序，layer.js放到所有js的最后面。（对老手也有用）。
